Thomas Schirrmacher chaired the Virtual Meeting of the International Council of ISHR as Honorary President [September 2021]

With most national sections represented by their chairs or general sectrataries, Thomas Schirrmacher appointed Matthias Böhning, so far the Acting Secretary General of ISHR, as the Secretary General of ISHR from now on.
