In their official discussion, the Chair briefed the SG about the three different bodies that together form the Belgian Evangelical Alliance (BEA), the Dutch speaking Evangelische Alliantie Vlaanderen, the French speaking Alliance Evangélique Francophone de Belgique and the bilingual Federale Synode van Protestantse en Evangelische Kerken/Synode Fédéral des Eglises protestantes et évangéliques. Lorein beside being chair of the joint body of BEA also is Cahir of the synod. The need for the three bodies follows the different legal situations concerning relations between church and state and cultural differences. Both agreed, that all three bodies should be accessible from the website of WEA, the result can be seen in the attached new way to represent the BEA in the list of members of WEA on world.org
