WEA was represented by the SG and WEA’s Ambassador for Global Theology, Dr Rosalee Velosso-Ewell from Brazil. The meeting was moderate by Wesley Granberg-Michaelson from the USA and prepared by the Secretary of the Global Christian Forum, Dr Casely Essamuah. The SG is a member of the facilitating group (board) of the GCF, which was started four decades ago and is jointly backed by the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity, the World Council of Churches, the World Evangelical Alliance and the Pentecostal World Fellowship, to create a platform for the widest dialogue among churches possible without going for any global structure or agreeing to any theological or other commitment.
