After the interreligious dialogue event in the in the World Trade Fair in Dubai, The SG of WEA received an invitation from Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa to visit Saudi Arabia. Schirrmacher met Al-Issa in Paris 2019 and discussed the situation of religious minorities in Muslim countries.
